If you only find something in few places on the internet, its probably fake. The best ideas are the ones many people have, and are willing to give to others. For this reason, they are copied and pasted all over the internet. The best things you can learn are very rarely exclusive "secret tricks", they are usually basic guidelines that almost everyone knows just because they work. You walk the same way as everyone else because it works best. You breathe, eat, sleep, and drink the same way as everyone else simply because it works. So when someone tells you something you already know, don't criticize them, they are simply reaffirming the correctness of it.
